Internet marketing on the web page is conducted by the company Globaldreamvision d.o.o.
Type of selling: The books or articles sold through the web page www.srecna-knjiga.si (own-book.com) are shipped through regular mail, but can also be picked up in person every day from 9 am to 3 pm at the company address: Amec d.o.o., Koprska 106b, 1000 Ljubljana.
The following conditions are effective for the entire web page.
Orders
We take orders at our online bookstore at www.srecna-knjiga.com, www.own-book.com; and our phone line: 080 8797 .
You can also send orders to our company address Amec d.o.o., Koprska 106b, 1000 Ljubljana.
The order shall be saved on paper or in electronic version at the headquarters of the company Globaldreamvision d.o.o. (Savlje 14, 1000 Ljubljana) and is available on perusal upon request. The buyer can be sent a copy through regular or electronic mail.
We reserve the right to exceptionally (partly) withdraw from the execution of the order in case there are no more books on stock in which case we can send you the books when they are available again, or if we believe it to be a risky payment situation. Both buyer and seller are liable to the order/contract. In case the buyer would like to step out of the order/contract, he or she is liable to pay all delivery expenses (in case the buyer orders articles on the online bookstore and later cancels the order or does not accept the delivery, he/she is liable to delivery expenses in both directions) by the Consumer Law (paragraph 6, article 43). Delivery expenses are defined by the Slovene post office (Pošta Slovenije), according to their pricelist.
Prices
All prices are in Euros (EUR), the VAT is included. The prices come into effect on the day of placing the order or until the pricelist changes. The original receipt, received with the payment or delivery in connection to the terms of selling, published on this web page, serves as a proof of purchase.
Physical and legal persons pay the whole amount in cash on delivery of the goods, through their current account or by credit card. Companies may also pay according to the proforma invoice.
Delivery
The goods are delivered in five working days upon placing the order.
The delivery expenses are determined by the current pricelist of Pošta Slovenije.
At delivery, the buyer receives the original receipt with all the necessary data. Pošta Slovenije d.o.o. charges a fee of 0.96 EUR for payment through a payment order BN 02.
Purchase process
The purchase process requires a few steps.
By clicking "Confirm Order" you confirm the awareness of the terms of payment stated above and being notified about them previous to the purchase. The order/contract is conducted in Slovene or English language respectively.
Postal charge
An order with cash on delivery requires the payment of goods upon the delivery of the goods to your address.
An order upon a proforma invoice requires payment of costs on the basis of the invoice issued, while the books with the original receipt will be sent to you after the completion of payment.
Postal charge should be paid according to the current pricelist of Pošta Slovenije. Goods will be delivered by Pošta Slovenije in the morning hours.
Contract / order and consumer rights
Order/contract makes the bookstore as well as the buyer liable. In case the buyer cancels the order/contract, he or she is, by Consumer Law (paragraph 6, article 43) liable to pay all delivery expenses in both directions, (in case the buyer orders articles on the online bookstore and then denies or does not accept the delivery, the buyer must pay the delivery expenses to both directions)
As a buyer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract in 15 days upon the delivery of the goods by informing us with an email on info@own-book.com or a registered mail to Globcaldreamvision d.o.o., Savlje 14, 1000 Ljubljana.
You are not renouncing this right and you cannot renounce it in advance.
The notice is on time, if the parcel is posted within the term. The goods received has to be returned undamaged and in the original packaging and unchanged volume in 15 days after you have notified us of the withdrawal from the contract. The books or other articles have to be returned in the same condition as at the time they were consigned to you. The parcel should include the original receipt. You should also state your bank account or current account. The bookstore shall refund the purchase money.
As a buyer, all rights according to the Consumer Law appertain to you.
As a buyer, you can demand, at any time through the electronic mail, that within 15 days, we temporarily stop using your personal data for the purpose of indirect marketing (online bookstore newsletter).
We accept complaints and reclamations on info@own-book.com and through our phone line 080 8797 . If the reclamation is not solved to your benefit, you can file a complaint to the headquarters in 15 days. The parties shall solve all disputes as per agreement. In case that is not possible, the disputes shall be solved at the authoritative court in Ljubljana.
Photocopying and other kind of distribution of the books or parts of the book, or the use of their content for profitable purposes are strictly forbidden and prosecuted by the copyright law of the Republic of Slovenia and according to the penal code of the Republic of Slovenia.

Globcaldreamvision d.o.o. commits to protect all personal information, as defined by the Consumer Law and under no circumstances shall those be disclosed to a third party. Your information are protected in accordance to the law for personal information privacy (Official Journal of the RS n. 86/2004).

Globcaldreamvision d.o.o. is liable and obliged to protect the privacy of the users and visitors of our web page, as well as the privacy of our buyers. The information we receive are used solely for the purposes of an interrupted course of orders.

If you wish to comment on the book, you can choose whether you allow us to publish your name and personal information or not. We would like to attain your opinion, but we reserve the right not to publish it if it does not agree with the principles of our web page. We do publish your positive, as well as negative comments when we wish to inform new customers why a certain product, for certain reasons, might not be the best for them.
